Exchanges and Returns

 

We offer a 30-day open purchase policy.

For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must contact us before making a return – otherwise, the right of withdrawal/return is not valid according to the law. If you return an item without contacting us first, it will be considered an invalid return. In such cases, an administration fee of SEK 250 will be charged.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. This is a conscious choice linked to our focus on sustainability.

How to make a return

If you decide to return a product, follow the steps below:

  1. Email info@bybarb.se and write “Return + your order number” in the subject line.

  2. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send an email confirming that the item has arrived. Upon approved return, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within a few banking days.

Complaints

If you discover that an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the product. Complaints are made by emailing our customer service at info@bybarb.se.

When you contact us, we will guide you further and provide clear instructions on how to proceed. In the case of an approved complaint, we will, of course, reimburse the return shipping cost.

As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act. If your complaint results in any costs, you are entitled to compensation for these.
