RETURN & EXCHANGES

ByBarb hair accessories offers a 14-day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the returned items are unused and undamaged. If the item comes in any kind of packaging, this should also accompany the return. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods.

If you want to make an exchange, please return the items first and place a new order online.

The return shipping charge is SEK 29.

Please email info@bybarb.se and provide your order number, personal information, and product name. You will then receive a return shipping label and a prepaid return address label.

We will refund your money within 14 days once we have received your return.
